As we move into spring, I wanted to create something steady, supportive, and simple.
This season, we’ll focus on gently unwinding to release tension, building strength, and creating space in both body and mind. Each class is slow, intentional, and welcoming to all levels (especially beginners).
The Spring Unwind session includes all Thursday classes from March through May.

• Early Access to on demand classes coming this Summer
• Flexible use of missed classes on Saturday classes
• A consistent weekly reset as we move through spring
