Find balance and calm in my Vinyasa yoga class, welcoming to all levels. With plenty of modifications and variations, both beginners and experienced yogis will feel supported as we flow together. Each session blends mindful movement, guided meditation, and (with consent) gentle hands-on assists to help you release tension, melt away stress, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

- Time: Thursdays @5:30pm
- Location: Fewell Park Recreation Center – Indoor Building
- What to Bring: A yoga mat or towel and water

Start your weekend strong with me on the first Saturday of each month! This energizing yet grounding class combines half Vinyasa flow to build heat and movement with half deep stretch to release tension and restore balance.

- Time: 11:00 AM

-Cost: $10
- Location: Northside Recreation Center (indoors; class location may vary between upstairs or downstairs depending on other events).

-I recommend parking in the upper lot. (See map)

Join us for a calming evening yoga class designed especially for DZ sorority sisters looking to escape the stress of life and reconnect with themselves and each other! This gentle flow is welcoming to beginner-friendly to practicing yogis, with plenty of supportive modifications and variations to make every pose feel accessible and comfortable.

We’ll move through grounding stretches, simple breathwork, and a relaxing flow meant to release tension. Each session includes a short guided meditation and (with consent) with an optional gentle hands-on assists to help you soften into our guided meditation.

Come as you are. Leave feeling relaxed, restored, and a little more connected, with your mind, your breath, and your sisters.

Bring a yoga mat or towel, comfy clothes (cozy sweaters welcome!), and some water.
