Hi! I'm Sarah!

I’m a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and art teacher who believes yoga is both a physical and mindful practice. Whether you’re looking to find peace, move your body, or simply take a moment for yourself, I’m here to guide you.

My mission is to create community, where you can show up as you are, share a few laughs, and enjoy moments of communal calm as we all search for balance in a busy world. Classes include thoughtful pose options and modifications so you can meet your body where it is, whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi. Join me for sessions that inspire calm, connection, and creativity on the mat and in your life.

Yoga for EveryBODY

Thinking about trying yoga but hearing your inner voice say, “I’m not flexible,” “I’m too old,” or “classes are expensive”? Take a breath, you’re in the right place. My classes are $12, and no one cares if you can touch your toes. Here, we focus on our own mats, our own breath, and our own movement, while sharing energy, laughter, and support. Together, we move our bodies and our minds forward at our own pace.
