🌿 On-Demand Yoga Update — You Spoke, I’m Listening!

I just want to say a big thank you to everyone who took the time to fill out the survey.
Reading through your responses has me SO excited for what’s coming.

Here’s a little peek at what I’m hearing from you all:

Shorter classes are in demand — 30-minute classes were the clear favorite, with lots of interest in quick 10–20 minute sessions as well as longer 45–60 minute flows. So I will work on having a mix!

You want variety — most of you are excited about a mix of full-body flows and targeted classes (hips, back, shoulders, etc.) So very similar to our Thursday class approach!

Simple + flexible is key — many of you shared that you’d love a small, go-to library of classes you can return to anytime.

Membership is a YES — there’s strong interest in a membership or package option for access to multiple classes.

Thoughtful touches matter — ideas like standing class options, incorporating meditations and philosophy, and even more challenging classes down the line.

What stood out most to me is this:
You guys are looking for something that feels accessible, flexible, and still connected, not just another workout video. Something for real life!

I have begun filming and y'all... I can not wait to share with you guys!

🌿 This Week’s Yogi Inspiration — Showing Up (Abhyasa)

Showing up consistently is hard.

Many of you have heard me say at the beginning of class, “Congrats! The hardest part is getting here, you did it! Now you can enjoy it!” And it’s true.

After time off, travel, or just getting out of routine, it can feel really difficult to come back. I know for me, in the past, once I fell out of a routine, I would completely veer off path.

The first time I actually came back to something after a break was yoga. And that was a huge sign to me that this practice was something deeper, something I wanted to stay committed to.

But even now, after a week of travel and sunshine, getting back into routine is not easy.

In yoga philosophy, this is called Abhyasa — the practice of steady, consistent effort over time. Not perfect effort. Not intense effort. Just consistent effort.

So what actually helps us show up?

Make it visible
I’m a very visual person. If something is in front of me, I’m more likely to do it. Ideally I’d have a beautiful dedicated space at home… but right now it’s just the carpet in my living room, and that’s okay.
I also keep my workout clothes hanging on hooks behind my door so I see them every day. No guessing, no searching, just grab and go.

👉 What’s one small way you could make your practice more visible or easier to access in your space?

Build accountability into your routine
For me, that’s class. I get to show up for you all, but in doing that, I also show up for myself. Throughout the week I practice our flow, get excited to teach, and make it part of my routine. Dinner is Chipotle or a quick throw together meal, it works.

👉 What could help hold you accountable in a way that feels supportive, not stressful?

Lean into community
This one is huge. Knowing you all are there, showing up, working toward your own goals, makes it easier for me to do the same. Supporting each other is what makes this space so special. Truly, I will always be grateful for those of you who have been part of this journey with me. Do know that I look for your faces every week!

👉 Who in your life helps you stay consistent, and how can you lean into that support?

Make it easy to start
Not every practice has to be perfect or long. Some days it’s 10 minutes. Some days it’s just showing up and rolling out the mat. That still counts.

👉 What would it look like to lower the barrier and just begin, even if it’s not perfect?

Let go of what it “should” feel like
Some days feel amazing. Some don’t. The practice is showing up anyway, without needing every session to be perfect.

👉 Can you allow your practice to be enough, exactly as it is today?

At the end of the day, consistency isn’t about motivation. It’s about creating small systems that support you, and trusting that those small efforts add up over time!

If Christina can go to the moon, we can do anything.

Anyone else have an existential crisis this week?

Thank you for being part of this little community.

Hope to see you on the mat this week!

Warmly,
Sarah
