Dreams + Class This Week!
Sarah | APR 21
It felt so good to be back on the mat with y'all this past week! Looking forward to another great week ahead!
Our next Saturday class will be May 2 at 11:00 AM, so go ahead and mark your calendars!

💛 A Quick Note on Pricing
As a reminder, I recently made a small adjustment to the tiered pricing:
• $7 — Community Support
• $12 — Sustainer (suggested)
• $17 — Pay It Forward
My goal is always to keep these classes as accessible as possible while continuing to grow and sustain this space! Cash or payment through apps is always welcome, whatever works best for you.
🌿 A Little Reintroduction
For those of you who are newer here... Hi, I’m Sarah!
I’ve been a school teacher for 10 years and have been teaching yoga for the past 2. I decided to begin teaching independently because I felt really strongly about keeping yoga accessible for everyone and creating an authentic community.
When I first started yoga many moons ago, I remember feeling so intimidated walking into studio classes. And when I did go, I often felt like I couldn’t keep up.
That experience has stayed with me, and it’s a big part of why I teach the way I do now.
My goal is to build a space where I know your name, what you do, and can check in with what you’re working toward, whether that’s something physical, mental, or spiritual.
If we haven’t had a chance to connect yet, I’d really love that. It can be something simple, a quick chat after class or even grabbing a coffee!
This work truly fills my cup, and I hope it fills yours too. My biggest hope is that I can be a small stepping stone in your journey toward whatever it is you’re working toward.
🌿 This Week’s Yogi Inspiration — Following Your Path
Lately, I’ve been reflecting a lot on what it means to follow your dreams.
I’ve been in the teaching profession for 10 years now, and I’ve found myself asking some bigger questions — is this where I want to stay? What does the next chapter look like?
When I chose to study fine art in college and then pursue education for my master’s, I wasn’t thinking about long-term plans or retirement. I was following what felt right at the time which were my passions, my curiosity, and what lit me up.
And I can honestly say, I love what I do. But like many things in life, it also comes with its own questions and trade-offs.
In yoga philosophy, we often talk about Dharma. Your path, your purpose, the work that feels aligned with who you are.
And the truth is, that path isn’t always linear. It shifts. It evolves. It asks us to check in with ourselves again and again.
Sometimes following your dreams doesn’t look like one big decision. Sometimes it looks like small, quiet moments of honesty and asking yourself what feels right, what feels heavy, and what you might be ready to explore next.
This week, I invite you to reflect:
Are you still following what lights you up? And if not, what’s one small step you could take toward it?
📸 Photo of the Week
I took a French patisserie class at The Foodie School last week! After diving into and falling in love with sourdough last year, I decided to give this a shot and while it was fast...it was fun!
Thank you for being part of this little community.
Hope to see you Thursday 🤍
Warmly,
Sarah
