Join us for a calming evening yoga class designed especially for DZ sorority sisters looking to escape the stress of life and reconnect with themselves and each other! This gentle flow is welcoming to beginner-friendly to practicing yogis, with plenty of supportive modifications and variations to make every pose feel accessible and comfortable.
We’ll move through grounding stretches, simple breathwork, and a relaxing flow meant to release tension. Each session includes a short guided meditation and (with consent) with an optional gentle hands-on assists to help you soften into our guided meditation.
Come as you are. Leave feeling relaxed, restored, and a little more connected, with your mind, your breath, and your sisters.
Bring a yoga mat or towel, comfy clothes (cozy sweaters welcome!), and some water.
