Testimonials
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Yoga is best practiced barefoot, but you can bring socks with grips if you prefer.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
Yes, please bring a yoga mat or towel to provide support and cushioning for your practice.
If this is your first time feel free to reach out about borrowing a mat before investing in one!
What is tiered pricing offered at Fewell Park?
Tiered pricing allows you to choose the contribution that works best for you—whether $5, $10, or $15—so yoga remains accessible to everyone while still supporting the instructor.
I can't touch my toes, should I even bother coming to yoga?
Absolutely! Yoga is not about touching your toes it’s about moving mindfully, connecting with your breath, and honoring your body where it is today. Every pose can be modified to meet your level, and flexibility naturally improves over time with consistent practice. Come as you are, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Do you offer private classes?
Yes! I offer private one-on-one and group yoga sessions tailored for corporate wellness, team bonding, special events, or personal growth. Whether you want to reduce stress, enhance focus, or simply enjoy movement in a supportive environment, I’ll customize a session that fits your needs. Classes can be held in your space, outdoors, or virtually.
